Not likely, unless the app is setup to be shared. (Peachtree Accounting software comes to mind.) You would need to reinstall the app on the new machine. What you could do is run an Installer watcher in the background while performing the new program. It will capture all files, registry entries, and such. After the install, you could then wrap up the the files into a .zip and export all of the registry changes into a .reg file that could be imported with the new files!
