LED and Power & reset switches too mobo?

Hi i need too know how the connectors for a case plug into K7S5A motherboard?

the setup is like this

9•7•5•3•1• <--- The pins
--8•6•4•2• <--- The pins

the switches plug into it. (switches are HDD LED, POWER LED, POWER SWITCH, RESET SWITCH, the POWER led has three ••• pin holes and the rest have two pin holes ••)

They plug in in a certain order or they wont work, need too know oreder

How about looking in the Mobo Manual?? lol

try this.. HDD LED 1+3, Reset 5+7
Power switch 6+8
And for your 3 pinned Power LED make sure the coloured wire is on pin 4

Mine worked, =P

i think i tried that though that was the first thing. If those arent plugged in right will the computer not start?

Is the switch on the back of the power supply turned on?

Is the power supply plugged into the mobo??

Do any fans Spin up or CDROM light go on when you hit the power button?

the switch is flicked on, the power supply is plugged to the power socket in mother board, no fans go on or anything.

Try touching a jumper to the pins..go 2 at a time until you find the power ones..that's where you plug the switch cable in https://www.sharkyforums.com/images/.../2005/06/5.gif

If that'll damage anything (I don't think so..I did it), someone say something..but again, I started my computer that way for a couple days and it still works https://www.sharkyforums.com/images/.../2005/06/5.gif

Sorry man... dunno what to tell you at the moment.... Oh.. check the General Hardware, as there are a couple posts on the pin(s) of the ECS Mobo.
