I would preorder it but I don't want the price to fix itself before it ships.

I bought ED from them ONLINE for $30 when it was clearly their mistake. :)

I wouldn't trust anyone about release dates, it's fallen under the rut of "when it's done", like how Team Fortress 2 and Duke Nukem Forever have gone.

Well, they've taken down the preorder button at the $17.97 price but theres still a way to get it (err, to see it anyway). Search for unreal ii and then click the preorder button you'll have it listed in your cart for $17.97 but then guess what......you can't order it because it's "out of stock". Great!! Nice one Wal Mart. Way to go.

If you search the coming soon under pc games, you'll see Unreal 2 Collecters Edition for $50!!

Oh well, so much for that.
