It looks like an amazing mp3 player with all the features I've ever wanted in such a small package.

Best Buy has it, so Future Shop may, but I'm not 100% sure.
unfortunatly, future shop doesn't
Wow, nobody knows? :(
Personally I think it's an awesome mp3 player with all the functions I want at a low, low price.
Design is very cool also.
I know someone in my class that has an iRiver... I think he bought it in Toronto, but I don't know where exactly... I'll ask him!
Whoo! I study in Toronto!
Thanks!
I was looking to buy one of these, but in the UK they retail for £210 (CAN$495 !!).
Coincidentally I'm going to be travelling over to Toronto next week.
What price does it sell for over there? and does anyone have any idea if the FM radio will work the same in the UK and Canada?
Thanks,
np
Oops, I just realised its the IFP-190TC that I'm looking for.
Questions still stand...how much in Toronto and will the FM work in the UK?
I'm also interested in these too.
Radioshack has them.

This computer store also has them at a much cheaper price.

Ncix also has them.

Yeah, now everyone(reseller) has them.
A year ago, everyone was looking at me weird like I don't know sh!t about mp3 player brands.
I wanna go back to those stores and point fingers at them for not even try to figure out what this "iRiver" thing is.
Yes, I am a prophet.
They do look sweet. I wish I had the dough for the 180T or 190T.:(
Hey, that was the first IRIVER portable flash MP3 series. The third one is just coming out with reviews in the US. Go to iriveramerica.com to compare the stats. THe newest one has a 20+ hour rechargeabe battery for example. THe second series at least might be coming out in Canada soon so you might want to check that out.
Yup, the 3xx series I believe. Personally I like the looks of the 1xx series, but I hear the newer line can have up to 24 hours of battery life.

I own the iFP-180T, and while it is a very good player there are some cons to it (which the later generations fixed).
- The battery lid is pretty cheap and feels like it could pop off after extended use.
- The ring at one end rotates and sounds/feels cheap.
- The voice recorder uses a custom file format and must be converted to wav before being able to be used on a comp.
- USB v1.1 is too slow if you transfer songs/data often.
If you can overlook everything above then the iFP-180T is a very good choice. Good battery life, sounds great, one of the best flash FM radio's, and good overall design :)
Just have a couple of question for ya.:)
1. Does the battery lid ever open accidentily on you?
2. Is that ring thing, made of plastic or metal?
