Since everyone else is on top of this stuff, I just browse Sharky's;)
I find http://www.neowin.net to be very nice.
I used to visit a bunch of sites daily for news, but not so much any more. I just drop by various hardware sites whenever I feel the need now. SharkyExtreme and AnandTech, mostly. HardOCP, too.
news.com or whatever domain that refers to now (com.com ? )
I like a general coverage of tech news, but as far as technical questions in forums, this is my numero uno source for it.
In addition to Sharky and Tom's Hardware, I visit guru3d.com, anandtech.com, extremetech.com, and firingsquad.com. :)
Basically just here, cnet, and Dan's Data for interesting articles.

I used to goto a lot of sites, but now I get most of my news from posts on this forum. But if I were to visit hardware news sites, it would probably be Neowin, news.com, and [H].OCP.
I loved tweak3d.net back in the day.
I have slashdot set as my "home" page, they provide a good sampling of general tech news, but for the good stuff you really have to read the comments. You never know who will respond to a news piece, there are some pretty big names lurking there.
Then I check out:

Extremetech
Overclockers.com (some good editorials)
