Oooooooh sweet sweet smoothness. Just got it on PS2, played for 4 hours straight then got interrupted by people coming over. Damn bastards will pay :mad:
Weapon Master mode actually adds some nice deapth to a very shallow genre. Also, the entry video is one of the best ive ever seen.

On another note, Heinachi isnt as bad as i thought he would be. Yea, he dosent feel right without a weapon and damn is he powerful. Juggle juggle. Also, i think necrid is a bit unbalanced, its pretty easy to get "perfects" with him after half an hour of playing. Speaking of that, i beat the arcade mode with him, now must use other characters.

Is that the game where you get Heihachi on the PS2, Link on the Cube, and Spawn on the XBOX? Why would you get Spawn on the Xbox one? That baffles me...;)

And yes, Link is powerful, but so is Heinachi and Spawn. However Link simply fits in with the rest of the characters better than the other two, which is why he is regarded as the better one out of the trio. However, good luck controlling him with the Gamecube controller, it simply wasnt made for serious fighters. I was kinda hoping they would but Dante on the PS2 version but noo...(dante would rock there would he not?). However, heinachi is a VERY good juggler. I am perfecting the art of juggling someone out of the ring as we speak :D

I feel that the Xbox has the best controller as PS2 and GC are to samll for me the Xbox has a REAL mans controller the other controllers where to small and gave me hand cramps, I have yet to have any hand cramps while playing on my Xbox and i have played hours of halo on end! Don't forget Xbox has HDTV720P for SC2 :)Quote:

The fighting game genre is anything but shallow! The Weapon Master mode adds to the single player experience, but the game's depth comes from mastering a character and the game to its full extent.
If you believe fighting games are shallow, then I think you need to stop playing MvC and Mortal Kombat and try out some Street Fighter, King of Fighters, Guilty Gear XX, Virtua Fighter 4, or any number of deep fighters.
