What happened to Trav's post?

Hey, I seem to remember reading a post by Trav2003 about Housen deleting one of his other posts. Where did it go? My guess is that Housen deleted it because he didn't like what it said...I don't think that's very cool at all. Trav's original post wasn't OT or anything, it was having to do with his website...[sarcasm]which last I checked did have at least something to do with computers[/sarcasm]. Not very cool at all Housen.

he he, Well it turns out that housen moved my post I was peeved about into the coding and scripting forum (I lost my internet connection before he could tell me that), and he meant to just lock it and not delete it completely (the original one that is) when I found that out I agreed to let him delete my post about the closing of it https://www.sharkyforums.com/images/.../2005/08/2.gif

Don't worry Housen, I don't think you're a horrible human being. I was beginning to wonder there for a while though...if that thread had been deleted because it was negative. As someone who wasn't here for OT, I really can't be mad that its gone now, cause I didn't have it in the first place. I may not agree with some of your decisions, but I do think that you do a good job. No I'm not kising up or brown nosing either...just giving my opinion.

As for the whole hatey Housen, methinks y'all know what my feelings are. I have a deep respect for Housen and talk a lot on IM's, he's a nice guy and certainly doesn't deserve some of the comments that have been made since OT was closed.

Maybe I should have chosen my words a little more carefully. But it just seems to me that everywhere I see BoogyMan post he nearly always makes a comment about OT being killed. I can understand being annoyed, mad, or whatever...for a while at least. But there really isn't any sense in constantly complaining about it. Just get over it and move on.

As for showing respect...maybe BoogyMan should show some respect for Housen, it seems like he always has someting bad to say about him. Should I show BM respect just because he's been on the forums for longer than I have? I don't think so...if I see something that I think is messed up, I don't really care who it is, I'll say something about it.

OK. I was going to let it go...

If you want to keep talking smack about me, back it up. Post some links, specifically, where I am making comments about OT being killed. I don't care about it, I let it go a LONG time ago through some corespondence with Housen via Email. That doesn't mean I can't give site feedback to Housen. If you think I'm not showing him respect then you're reading into it wrong, plain and simple.

So please, oh wise one, show me where I said these things...

Actually I find BoogyMan to be far too mature and level-headed to be continually moaning and grieving, so those claims are pretty much based on spinups as far as I can see.

However this may not be as easy to see for a newb like retrofade so if he's reading it that way there's really no guilty party here. Hence this discussion shouldn't exist!
