That is great news! I loved the other two. I knew that they would make another. What city is it in? please not England.LOL. I hope the physics are way better though, and the damage on the cars. It was just so unrealistic.
I read in a games mag that this game was going to hit XBOX only.
It's in Washington DC and Paris
If its in D.C. then all youre gonna do is sit in traffic.I know.Dupont circle, baby!!! Round and round we go!!!:D
Right on!! The first 2 were awesome!!
Sounds like fun .. I liked the first 2...ahh smash em crash em make em...
Haha, hopefully the government won't ban that game because of car accidents on Washington DC.
hahahha...
wait, what am I saying? Microsoft IS the government
I cant wait to play it on XBOX with Live ;)
Is it going to be Xbox exclusive? I hope not.
Yea, me too man...I had a lot of fun in the first couple - don't make me get an XBox to pay the 3rd!
well they never mentioned a pc version. so it looks like its xbox only. not surprising condsidering its a microsoft game.....
Exactly dude. I was beginning to think I was a lone voice in the wind, the way these others are carrying on about it. I guess theyre all XBOX owners! :DQuote:

Did any of you hate the fact that if you hit a wall going 150+ mph your car didn't even blow up? I mean where is the realism? Don't get me wrong I love the games but when you Tbone somebody at an intersection and the other car has no damage what so ever, doesn't that make you wonder?
Yeah, that is why I like PGR. It has realisic damage. I've never played midtown madness so I can't wait. The visuals look stunning.Quote:

It's for kids :)
And we sure wouldn't want to tell them to hit everything at 150mph.
on the other hand, they might think it's doable in real life...
Midtown Madness series is a blast. I'm glad I got an XBox for Christmas... cause it looks like that's all it will be out for.Quote:

First of all in RL cars dont explode, they fall apart. Parts everywhere, gasoline doesn't explode it burns. Movies and video games make cars explode because it would be boring otherwise.:DQuote:

"America's most ____ videos" or "when _____ goes bad"
they show cars explode and stuff.
maybe because the "burn" and stuff is trapped in, and it all builds up?
Gas does explode...it just doesn't happen in the majority of auto accidents to the extent that the whole car is consumed in flame (and not even close to how it happens in GTA3). The main reason why you don't see parts flying off of cars in most video games is because technically it was too difficult for the developer to model those kinds of visual details. Only recently, in games such as the upcoming Pro Race Driver from Codemasters, is this being modeled to a substantial extent.
