I use on board. :) Works fine for me, I think you should have an option for that, since many systems now adays have a decent onboard offering.
Fortissimo 3 for my system. Very nice indeed.
Sblive MP3+ 5.1 ;)
audigy, sblive 5.1, sblive, and soon to be an audigy 2.

An Audigy Platinum EX is what I currently have. Still deciding whether or not to upgrade or wait for the next generation.

I love it - no conflicts at all
Currently using onboard, but was using a live. Will be getting an A2 when the OEM version comes out.
TBSC. no major complaints, tho with win98 it would crash occasionally. crystal clear sound.
SoundBlaster PCI128. Cheap NEC desktop speakers. Sound just isn't that big a deal to me. Also use cheap (literally 1 dollar) headphones that fit inside your ears. As I live in an apartment with a wife, I can't play anything loud anyway.
You really don't know what you are missing. I've always said the two most satisfying improvements you can do to your pc is good speakers and a nice monitor.Quote:
