the other is my new 9800 pro
i put the silver 9800 heatsink on the 9700 (maybe its better than the black one)... and i bought a vantec iceberq4 for the 9800

i wuld just like to add that these things run freaking hot.... my old 9700 pro was kinda hot.. but this thing "emanates" heat.... i can feel it on my hand when i hold it like 5 inches above the pcb..... this is with the iceberq installed

Same here. My R9700 Pro would burn my finger if I put it on the back of the GPU with the stock cooler, but with better cooling, I can rest my finger there indefinitely.
