Going by what people say, I thought that people in the US were the only ones who ever did things like this! It must be a Christmas miracle!

Ha! Have the krauts considered that shooters are perhaps an outlet to violence that prevents its real-life occurrence rather than encourages it? Freakin libs.
I don't see how America can make such stupid laws when they Use Americas ARmy as a recruiting tool. They did take some of the more graphic death animations off though but the rag doll is still there :)
You know this is talking about the Germans, and the law they just passed?Quote:

Hey dumbass why don't you read the title of the thread instead of following me around making yourself look even stupider than most think you are.Quote:

Lets be honest here, you saw America, Law, Stupid and you commented. Why else would you make the Americas Army as a recruiting tool comment. You assumed this article was about a stupid violent game law passed in America without reading the actual article.
No that doesnt mean that at all. IT mean EXACTLY what it says, I DON'T SEE HOW they can MAKE laws like that.Quote:

How they, you specifically said America... not they, not Germany, America.Quote:

Keep digging that hole buddy. We can keep going on, but I figure you'll just call me a name again, and stop posting in the thread like you usually do.
THat's exactly right though.Quote:

In other words (I'll explain this for the simple minded, you know who you are... or maybe not) They can't make laws or shouldn't make laws like that. There will always be some who will try though but if they succeed they will have to adjust their war simulator, Americas Army, which they use to recruit.
I'm done with it, the title says nothing about America passing a law, the article says nothing about America passing a law. You commented as if America made a law about violent video games.Quote:

Anyways, this is a bunch of BS so lets just stop.
I don't see how america can make such stupid laws (LIKE THE ONES IN GERMANY ) when they use a violent video game to recruit noobs into the army.Quote:

Wow, thats pathetic, cant even play C&C. I highly doubt America could even make a law to ban all violent games.-for one, just think of how many we already have.
God I hope they don't ban Fall Out... wouldn't that put Wurm in a foul mood. :D
This thread is gonna put Wurm in a foul mood.
Maybe he will buy a Wii and play all the nice games. :p He'll be sooo Happy after that. :DQuote:

I am now back in Germany after 15 years and I am not fussed. Should they ever ban violent games here, us adults will get them somewhere else ( I still have friends in the Netherlands who could mail them to me). Order online, I do not like games in german anyway (or with green blood).
One guy wrote a good comment in a newspaper here: What exactly will they prevent by banning violent games if they can not even make sure that an 18 year old can not get a weapon to start a columbine.
The right wing politicians, (btw they are the ones doing the proposal: CSU In Bavaria not sure about lower saxony) are just like everywhere else, living in a bubble and have no idea really what goes on in real life.
+ If they ban these games, might as well well ban the news, movies, books, the army. Anything that could produce violence.
Pathetic
Agreed. I was quite speechless reading this in the papers this morning.Quote:
