Skype video snapshots problem

Hi all.

Recently I started having problems with Skype - can't take video snapshots anymore all of a sudden. I updated it - nothing, completely reinstalled - nothing. When I try to take a snapshot, I get a message that it's either invalid file name or directory.

Also somehow can't send files on Yahoo messenger anymore too.

Which OS are you using?
What is the file format/file name?
Which directory/folder are you trying to save to?

Windows XP
video_snapshot001.png
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Skype\Pictures

I used to save them there ok, since it's the default directory.
