Error Code

Happens when i try to install games and other programs, install wizard pops up and it crashes too the BSOD. I looked it up and there are very little resources on what could be causing this. Any Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like a driver conflict. I would recommend you update all your firmare, then check to ensure all your drivers are updated and current. Lastly I would check for malware and viruses. But it sounds like a driver conflict.

Well i tried all that and it's still doing it, i have no idea what the hell is going on.

check the seating and connections on your machine. May be a long shot but it could be a HW connection issue. And when you updated all your drivers, did you do a clean install of your drivers (ie remove all old drivers and clean the registry)?
