I thought they were just leaked and not officialy released?

The best way to do it is to stick wires into your cpu socket. Its easy if you dont have shaky hands :D Thats how I get a 13x multi......

Jago will make an excelent mod! I didnt even think to suggest him since I havent seen him in a while. I voted for big C but I guess he didnt want to be a mod or something .....

I would watch out because some micro atx boards have no OC features at all. I think ASUS was one of them but not sure. Just down load the boards manual and see if OCing features are in the bios.

He was talking about a 9600se :)
Anyways thunderbird where did you see a 9600se review matched up with a 8500? I would like to see.

Just like if you can push your cpu higher than you can break 15k. :p

Tbred processors come out at 322 cores per wafer. Thats a 121 core diffrence from the barton core using the same size wafer. Not sure about the bartons though. Too lazy to do the math;)
Todays...

SpeedFan may also alow for fsb changes. If it supports your motherboard...
-
You can even get 9600/9500 series cards for <$100 refurb
-
I would get the 9000 since it has the updated dvd player. You wouldnt be alble to update MMC on the 7500 unless you bought a new driver cd.
-
I would for $50 more. You will get a spiffy remote, T.V./FM tuners, lots of media features, Plus faster memory on the card compared to a regular 9600P or 9600xt.

Some one asked a rep (Terry Makedon) over at ATI if they will do the same and here is what he said:
