I only disable V-Sync for benchmarking, because my refresh rate is set to 85 Hz and I wouldn't notice anything fps higher than 85 anyway. The tearing that you get without V-Sync enabled really pisses...

Running at 215x11 with my 2500+, I need to set Vcore to 2V in BIOS for stability but MBM5 constantly reports it between 1.90-1.92V under load. When idle it sometimes goes to 1.94V, but not higher....
