    Question New A.XP!! Format needed?

See, I would normally just reformat, no questions, but I'm a slave to dial-up right now and really don't want to download a junk load of drivers and what not.... Can I just slap it in, reset the jumpers, and go??

Oh, and I got the AXP 1800+ free from the XPPcentral online giveaway. Thanks AMD!

I don't think that you need to reformat the HD since it isn't really chaning anything there. BIOS is the only thing that is getting changed too much and otherwise everything else should stay the same.

Just put in the new chip. Change voltage and clock speeds, and you're done.

O yea, then turn it on.
