    Quake III Arena save games

    How in the heck to you find the save game files in the Quake III Arena Programs folder!?!? There's no files labeled "save" of any kind. Does anybody know where they are, or what they might be called? Thanks.

    What ever happened to the folders that simply say, "SAVE"?

    I was so desperate I contacted Activision customer support.

    It looks like it stores save game progress in the q3config.cfg file. Just in case another clueless gamer comes waltzing in here and needs the info.

    And here I am setting up a WindowsXP machine to play "retro" Quake III in 2018.. and I know this is a necro post. But I was sitting here scratching my head trying to figure this out so, thank you for posting this way back when. I found this with Google.
