    Had another scare

Who knew water would make a CPU act so funny?

Anyway, I had apparent BIOS corruption, HD corruption, memory corruption, video corruption... And I thought "oh dammit this system is going to hell because of me and my vmods". Anyway, I took out the CPU, and there was lots of water condensed on it from my Prometeia. So I guess I'll be using this dielectric grease I have here from now on...

Computer was acting so crazy, you wouldn't even believe it. (sometimes it wouldn't POST, when it did, sometimes I had screen corruption, it refused to save BIOS settings, couldn't read floppies, froze at various parts of POST, reported Windows system corruption on both disks, claimed both of my RAM sticks were dead, claimed my video was dead... All because the CPU was acting up)

Anyway, all is well at the house of Duck! But I had another scare ("god dammit not my 6th NF7-S" ).

Edit: Just to clarify... I took the water off of the CPU, and it's working absolutely fine now. No dead CPU here.

Ya man, get yourself a girlfriend and when you get bored with pushing your cpu so far, you can see how far you can push into her like I do

xDUCK, you go too fast slow down and `think` about what you are doing, you are too young to be absent-minded, I think.
