Who is using Nvidia's NF2 o/cing utility?
It can be found here.
Is it good? How do the voltage readings compare to MBM5 or other programs? Has it helped anyone?
Basically, it is worth getting?

I got it, but it looks like I need a patch or a bio`s update to get all the features to work.

Me too, the newest BIOS doesn't mention anything about support for the overclocking utility.
If its not going to work with this BIOS, I'm not going to bother.

I would theres not much you can do with it, until you can use the advance features and I don`t even see a place where it reports your MB temps or voltages.
