    Question screen saver not being saved upon select choice

    Hello,
    I need some help - every time I set my screen saver it does not retain the
    setting? and I don't know why?

    Which directory are screen savers usually saved to?

    Try selecting a different screen saver. It is possible that whatever screen saver you are trying to select is not valid as far as Windows sees it so it won't let you select it. The screen savers are normally in the system32 folder.
