AMD 64 X2 / OCCT? / CPU Usage Dual Core?

This is my First Build and First OC!


Starting to setup my OC and OCCT Torture Test says CPU Usage 99.0%

But my system Monitor and SPEED FAN both List CPU Usage @ 50%

The Monitoring Programs Have (2) Graphs for CPU Usage and with OCCT running the Usage goes Up on one graph and down on the other and Vise Versa During the Test.

Is OCCT really Torturing @ 50%? Is there a Patch or fix for this, or do X2 and dual core users just have to use other programs to test during OC?

I'm Really New to OCing, Please Forgive My Ignorance!

Run Prime95. Make sure to install it in two directories so both cores run it.
