    Cannot forward ports

    I cannot, for the life of me, get my ports to forward. I currently have my Embarq 660 modem in bridge mode and have set up a static IP for my computer. Whenever I do the necessary steps to forward a port, I check the port only to find it's still not forwarding. What's going on?

    My router is a WRT54G2 running the latest firmware.

    Windows 7 Professional x64
    Thermaltake Tsunami
    Asus Rampage III Formula
    Intel i7 960
    12Gigs G.Skill DDR3
    XFX HD6970

    If your Modem is a Combo Modem/Router and you set it to transoarent Bridge mode ports should be only need to be forward in the Linksys.

    If it does not work try to put the IP of the Linksys WAN port on the Modem/Router DMZ.
