Hi all,

both of these have been added to the list of allowed sites on his pc too.
and is getting the following message after having active x active and the latest Microsoft .Net framework installed, V.4 (from www.microsoft.com/net) which is needed to use this site:
'AddNewCodeGroupForPublisher : Unexpected Exeption
(Policy level 'user' could not be saved.)
at System.Security.PolicyManager.Encodelevel(PolicyLevel level)
at System.Security.PolicyManager.Encodelevel(String label)
at System.Security.PolicyManager.Save()
at System.Security.SecurityManager.SavePolicy()
at Gateway.Security.W3cDSig.Client.InstalForm.AddNewCodeGroupFo rPublisher()'
if anyone has any clues id be grateful.

Did you manage to get a resolution to this?
I've got a user with the exact same issue.

I used to have similar issues with users, not being able to access a site and get the certificate.
I always started by doing a local/server profile reset, including the dat files being deleted as well as temps. With the odd person though, I would have to do a complete AD reset and clear the certificates on the users area and machine so it obtained them all again. Remember if you go down the AD route, to re-associate the exchange server with the new profile.
