How do I block an entire domain from Gmail?

I researched this but I don't know where "create a filter" link is at. Can someone show me a picture of where it is located? I read it's located near the search box. For example, if I wanted block any email with yahoo.com at the end, how would I do that in Gmail? This is for someone who uses XP.

Thanks, I will try out that thread, or pass it along to my friend.

I think I got confused because he said that he is now getting spammed in his Yahoo mail program. I thought was getting unwanted yahoo messages into his Gmail account. As we all know, spam is here to stay, but he has to have a yahoo account if he uses Yahoo Messenger, correct? I did check my yahoo email from his computer, so that might have had affected things. I get about 20 spams per day on yahoo mail.
