any crash monitoring software for Win7?

I got a system that runs a IP camera recording software. (OS is Win7 x64 ultimate)
it's in a ventilated closet with no connection to a display/keyboard/mouse.

every few days it would crash. and I lose connection.

Anyone know of a software that can monitor the cpu/ram/hd/running app/services or what ever variables when the system crash. That way when I rebooted I have a log of what happened or what crashed it?

btw: I access it via remote desktop
