Let's get out the spreadsheets. How did you do last year Tag? I know we kept a spreadsheet of our games and if we beat them. I need to drag mine out if I still have it.

Every year I get more and more disinterested in these sales. This year I will be happy with 33% off of Fallen Enchantress. That is all I want that is out.

Thankfully I've gotten over my past habits of buying a ton of games because they're on sale. Got a few games like Bioshock and FC3 that I'll pick up if they get down to $20 or lower.
Amazon's is rather bland. Very much a quantity over quality sale. Did a search on my top 10 games on my Steam wishlist and like 1 was on sale, and not a very good sale.

I know I "beat" 4 for sure and there are 3 I never even touched and some DLC I did complete. I might go back and run through Prince of Persia which I hear is pretty short and easy.
For now, I only really want Legendary Skyrim for under 30, Capcom D&D for under $10, Dust: A tale of Elysian for under $10 and Rogue Legacy for under $10. I might grab Don't starve if that goes low as well but I'd liked to try it first to see if its worth buying.
Don't know if any one here played Dust. I tried it out on a whim and was surprised by its depth and visuals. I love 2d beat'em ups and its pretty fun to play.
Aside from that, I don't recall much else I'm interested in.

Add Don't Starve to my list. Got a chance to play a few games this morning and it looks pretty fun and HARD! The game reminds me a lot of the Lost in Blue DS games but with a more rogue-like type element since you die so often.

I tried Don't Starve and didn't care for it. I think the gameplay has something going for it, but I can not get over the idiotic looking character lol. I know its a dumb complaint, but I hate his hair errrr.
I'm not looking to buy anything in particular. I'll see what jumps out at me as the sales continue.
I looked back on my 2012 Steam sales and think I did okay:
Total Spent: $65
Time Played: 95 hours
$/hr: $0.69
I ended up finishing two of the games that I bought and play to finish at least two more of them soon. I beat Tropico 4 and Dear Ester and I plan to beat Trine 2 and the rest of The Walking Dead (I've gotten to EP 4.) There's some that I didn't care for at all and will not be touching again.
As for the PS Sale, LOTR: WotN is fun if you have someone to play with. I beat it with my brother over Christmas break and we enjoyed it.

This. Although I can't find it for $10 for the PS3... best I've seen is $15.
