They've actually confirmed that there will not be a 3p campaign co-op mode.

Also I think the game looks awesome.

The gameplay trailer is crazy impressive. I'm considering getting this at launch now for the PS3 or PC.

The scope of the game is impressive. I've made assets and such for projects before and it is mesmerizing how they are able to create so much content. I'm excited to see destructive environments. When the truck hit that armored car and it flipped, the first thing I thought was "I wonder if they added good damage?" Then I saw the side of the truck was dented in and scratched. I thought, "Well, that's nice." Then it crashed through the concrete wall and chunks crumbled to the ground and I almost jumped out of my chair lol.

I'm unsure about the three-way character missions. I hope they don't force the interactions like what I saw in the trailer. One guy busts through the window and kidnaps an enemy and he stands there. Then a fire fight starts, you switch to snipe, then switch back to shoot with a pistol, then switch to the heli to fly away. It seems the sniper doesn't even need to be there. The logical thing would be to bust in, grab guy, and heli out without shooting.

I can see it being really awesome during bank robbery missions where each guy has a very specific tasks that all need to be done with precision at the right time.

I can't wait. I hope a PC version comes out. There were rumors of a PC version due to job postings.

BTW, I hate youtube. I don't want to log in just to watch a video...

GTA games have always come to PC eventually, but seeing how Red Dead never made it to PC who knows what they have planned. :O

Nice, a 3 player game would be awesome. I've missed out on a lot of the Grand Theft Auto Games because it just isn't my type of game, but a three player could be awesome. It would be great to be able to keep in touch with some college buddies through a game, so we will probably be looking into this.

Unfortunately Rockstar has confirmed that the campaign is single player-only. You'll be able to jump into GTA Online with your buddies, though!

Sounds to me like you should check out Saints Row 3.
