    3DS Advice

I'm thinking about picking up a 3DS XL, in the next couple of months.

I haven't played any gameboy/ds games since the time of the original gameboy advance, and would like to get back into the handheld area. I just dont find time to boot up my desktop and play a game these days so I'm hopping the handheld will offer a more convenient gaming fix.

Any recommendations on games I ought to check out? Any mandatory accessories? Opinions on flashcarts?

    Cheers.

Zelda themed 3DS XL comes out next month. Was leaked in Gamestops Black Friday ad, not sure if its a GS exclusive or what. Comes with the new Zelda.

Fire Emblem, Etrian Odyssey 4 and Mario 3D Land are some of my favorites.

    I kinda want a 3DS but then I don't. I really don't see myself using the 3d feature.

I don't use the 3D all that much either. Most of the time it's too hard to maintain the correct angle. I got it for the games.

Agreed, I messed around with one at BestBuy last night, had to turn the 3d slider to off. Was seriously messing with my eyes.

The game selection though is getting really good...
