I still check in here a couple times a week..just don't really play PC anymore. So freaking busy with my family and work..over 40 now and kids are bigger. So, I got me a PS4 and play with some people from PS Nation facebook group I found. They have a podcast too. My son is the PC gaming torch bearer now in my family. He hasn't touched his 360 in probably 6 months. CS:GO, Minecraft, Planetside 2, TF2, Rust, and learning some programming on the side. I'm just holding out for Wasteland 2 to finally be released as I haven't touched the beta and that will probably be it for PC gaming for me. But, I still check in here.

I read some of the PC gaming subreddits on Reddit. I also check hardforum's gaming section. They have subsections for consoles and PC gaming usually with threads dedicated to specific games. I more lurk than post though.

Yeah I see you on the ps4 quite a bit. At least you are still gaming old man . I played BF4 on the ps4 for a while but the crappy graphics landed me back on my pc. Considering both the ps4 and pc is on the 55" tv with my 5.1, ill stick with bf4 on pc . Seeing them side by side was enough for me lol.

Have you played Infamous SS yet? Game is pretty legit.

I've been going to Anandtech and sub to giant bomb, though I don't use their forums that much. I did a few build logs over on Overclock.net when I upgraded a few computers last year, but for the most part, the lethargic hardware scene and other hobbies have slowed my interest in games and computers. I also don't have much of an office/student job anymore, so I'm not surfing the net too terribly much.

What is kind of funny is watching the Facebook crowd just start to figure out how to "do" internet messages. I grew up on this forum debating and such. An adult trying to learn how to discuss things through Facebook for the first time is tragic. It is almost as if they don't know their name is right above their comments. I got off of Facebook about three years ago and have no desire to go back. More time for real-world stuff.

I seem to have straddled the time between the generation of old guard and the new always-connected-social-crowd. It is an interesting perspective to have.
