    Sonata Case Mod

I have finally finished the Modding on the Sonata. It looks real sweet. Here's some PICS of the Steps.

    1) Prepped and Ready for some Jigsaw Cutting!

    2) The Jigsaw worked like a charm, I will be using this alot more for cutting then my Dremel.

    3) Here we are with the filing mostly done, I will be fine adjusting with the jeweler files.

    4) I missed a step but you can see I have added the Chrome Trim, and window.

    5) You can see how I added the window with doubleside tape. (Tip, I doubled the tape so it be reach over the trim)

    6) The applique looks good, could be a tad more to the left but it was hard to tell with the white backing.

    7) That looks good with Red Lazer LED's and ColdCathode huh??

BTW, I will be selling this case in the near future.

That silver lining looks awesome, it's so much better than molding and screws and whatever. Awesome case. Although, that applique blocks too much view... but it's still good.

Try again, they seem to work for everyone else. Thanks everyone. The Jigsaw is a Modders Dream. I couldn't believe how easy it went through the Steel. That was the first time using it so I was a little worried. You can see I stayed away form the line and added some extra filing. I am not rewiring the innards all pretty because this gear will go back into the Lian after it gets painted.

As always Taz, two thumbs up

The chrome trim looks nice, hell if it weren't there it would look like a factory window job! Lines look really straight and clean

How bout a pic showing the Antec text at the top all lit up? I'll bet it looks sweet in a dark room

Looks great. Very clean. The ANTEC letters above it make it look even better.

    Looks awesome! Me likey

I've seen that silver edge guard a million times but I know it would look stupid on my case; looks real sharp on that Sonata though. Plus the double-sided tape was a dang good idea.

PS Did you cut the window with that jigsaw too?
