Mine stays clean. I ordered a 2 60mm fan filters, although all my 60mm's are exhausts, so it won't really even do anything if I put them on, so I'm leaving them off.
My case is self-cleaning.

i have an old weakly opened case (due to a bad cooling/airflow & too many components stuffing on it) & i have to dust it several times a week.
