    Bios Flash in WinXP

    Hi,

    I need to flash my KT7A-RAID Bios but do not have a MS-DOS installation (using WinXP). How can I go about the flash?

    on a KT7A-RAID
    512MB Crucial PC133 CL2
    PNY GeForce4 4200 64MB
    20GB, 40GB, and 60GB 7200rpm drives
