    Painting an Aluminum Case

Does painting an aluminum case work well? I am getting a Lian-Li PC-60 and I want to paint it yellow. Does anyone have any good guides about what kind of paint to use, how many coats, how to sand between coats, etc?

    Thanks!

K, thanks, but one question. Does painting an aluminum case work as well as steel? Like does the paint bond well?

    Hi:

I used to do some painting on cars and I found out one thing that is a must if you want to keep paint on a bare metal part. Use automotive triple etch on the bare metal first. You can get it at any auto store, and be sure to follow the instructions. Use it properly and the paint WILL stay on the case or whatever. Use triple etch, primer, then paint.
