RAM/FSB question
I have come across some PC2700 RAM which is labeled as CL2. However, when I try it in my rig it doesn't even POST at CL2 for FSB=150 MHz...is this normal? (Meaning: is it only supposed to work CL2 @ 133 MHz FSB?)

The selling point of CL2 is that it's supposed to run faster at 133 than CL3 at 150. AFA CL2 at 150, it depends on your RAM, but if you are running an unlocked processor at max vDIMM and vcore and can't even run CL2 at 150, then you may have an issue. Some top brands are supposed to run at CL2/160MHz and above but some just don't even at high voltage loads.

Re: RAM/FSB question
Which brand do you have? Btw, PC2700 should be able to run DDR333 speeds at SPD settings. First reset your CMOS, and then try running your cpu/mem divider to 4/5 or 133/166Mhz and see what happens. Good luck.
