Ok I've never tried this so maybe its something really simple.

Basically I have a server on my network (dual P3 550s, matrox 400 i think). I'm not trying to play unreal on it, but I want to load the game on it so i can have a dedicated server during LAN games. Besides installing it and selected "dedicated server" from the main menu is there anything else I need to do?

It my video card going to be a problem? Or not since i don't even need to see that machine past the menu. What if the game doesn't work with that vid card, and I basically SOL?

What kind of performance gains should I see (I've noticed hosting a game on mgy rig with 2 other players, i'll get laggy sometime).
