    It's a good game. Everyone bashes it because it's not the PS2 version, but by itself, it's a pretty cool game. I don't "know what it's missing" because I don't own a PS2.

    There's a few threads about how disappointing this game is. It's not too bad a game on it's own merits, but it isn't a game worthy of the Need For Speed franchise.

    Imagine a generic arcade racing game, that's what you get except they chosen to give it the NFS name to sell it, which is the reason so many people (myself included) are disgruntled about the game.

    Ive played the PC version. Its pretty good, I dont know if its worth 40-50$ though. I think their is a demo just dl it and figure it out for urself.

    If you've never played the PS2 version, i guess it would be an okay game, but if you have, you'll see it as complete crap.
