question about how to creation rotational picture?

hei guys i got some question
currenlty i am developing a sites. i am trying to develope a site that everytime a user visit my sites the picture will be showing in the site will be different.
In addition, i also want that when the user stay in mysite for a while i want my web sites the page refresh itself and load another picture.
in additon how can i make a site which will only load a portion of a page for example i wont that every page in my sites the header and footer always stay the same only change the content in the middle when a user click a link. how do i do that.

Yikes! Please don't take this personally, but it looks like someone took your english and ran it through a meat-grinder. Next time try and proof-read your post a little more, trust me...people tend to be a lot more responsive to your posts if they don't have to re-read it 3 or 4 times to understand it.

In regards to a "rotating" image on your web site, this can be done with JavaScript, or with any server side language of your choosing. If you'd like examples, tell me the language you want it in, and I'll be more than happy to write you up an example script.

Making your site "autorefresh" after "X" seconds is easily done with a META-refresh tag.

In regards to your "only change content, not header & footer" question, using HTML frames comes to mind, but I'd strongly suggest against that.

yes i want to use the server side language to approach that can u show me how to do it by use aspx language. sorry about that next time i will profead my post. also can u also show me how to write it under javascript. also can u tell me how to achieve that by refreshing the page in "x" seconds. thanks
