    Well the guy who did this mod looks strong enough to carry it
    Anyway, if you don't take the thing to LAN parties every weekend who cares how heavy it is, being able to stand 3 feet from the PC and not hearing anything is cool (i can hear mine from 3 city blocks away )

    Most noise inside the system are escaping from the blowholes, so instead of using sound damping pad, you should consider: http://www.overclockers.com/articles716/

    If they made that thing smaller and less obtrusive, they would probably find a bigger market outside of audiophiles.
