    Outlook Backup

    Hi, I am in dire need to reformat my computer, but I have lots of calendar dates, contacts, and emails that i want to save from MS Outlook 2000. How do I backup these files so I can reload them into my computer? And how would I reload these files?

    should be able to export them to a compressed file(not sure what the extension is) but youd save that then import it back when youve reformatted..

    its supposed to work like that anyway..
