    Talking Loudest PC ever

Well I have never really been big into quiet tihngs, and I love my vantec torndao... so why stop at just a HSF? I am using the trusty old Lian-Li-PC70 and plan to use tornados, 2 in th efront, 4 in the back, one for the HSF, and maybe 2 on the side if I get brave enough to cut soon. Will there be any things to worry about? Yes its overkill to a new level, but what wrong with that?

Also is there anytihng better than the Torndao? I have a 500w psu, so that shouldnt be a problem

Buy an Alienware, then you'll hear a loud system.

Alienware is non-existant on loudness comparison when you hear that rig with 7-9 tornadoes. I got 1 delta 80cfm and that's loud enough...you better be half deaf before you setup a rig like that because if you aren't already, you will become half deaf

Sounds like a pretty damn good cooling scheme though. Certainly on lack of CFM there.

Might want to invest into a sunbeam with that though

I'll second that! We tested out a dual athlon from Alienware (they were the only ones who could build us a machine quickly about 16 months ago when the mp's really hit the market) and man that thing was ridiculously loud. In a room with 40 workstations, airconditioning and other noise makers, the machine was clearly audible. They put tornados on each cpu. The only solution was to put a fan adapter and put 92mm fans on it.

Lol on my Athlon T-Bird 1.4 in all my wisdom I decided to go with an 80mm Delta "Screamer" on the front, one on the back at the top and one on the back at the bottom. I also had a 60mm delta on the heat sink . All without a rheobus for about 6 months .

I was getting a little annoyed at having to turn my PC off so everyone could go to bed though .

Needless to say, the screamers are now packed away in a safe place and WONT be coming back any time soon . The HSF has also been changed for a quieter one and I don't use my Athlon much no more because I've got my Pentium, which is MUCH quieter .

    ...

I have 4xVantec Tornados, a FX 5800 Ultra, and I'm getting an alpha PAL with a Tornado as well.

So yeah. Thank God for my z560s.
