    Opera 7 Question

Loved Opera 6, but hated the way it crashed all the time, so I finally broke down and upgraded to Opera 7.

I can't figure something out though. Here's what I want to do:

I want to be able to Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Click on links and have them open in new tabs. I also want to be able to hit the Opera quicklaunch icon to spawn a completely new browser window.

So far, from what I've seen, you can only do it one way or the other with Opera 7... but I was able to do both in 6. Anybody know if 7 can be set the way I want it?

    LOL...

Since posting this, I've already had Opera 7 crash on me twice. This sucks.

    Dont give up!
Opera 7 is really quite good.
If you want to get a link to open in a new tab you do cntrl+shift+click.
As for the crashing, it started crashing for me, but it seemed to be connected to the sound drivers not working, a very strange problem, but i believe 7.2 is out soon.

Doesn't work, and funny enough, Opera crashed again when I was testing it.

See, I can already browse in tabs. The thing is, I want to be able to browse in tabs AND open up a new instance of the browser when I want to. Right now, when I have tabbed browsing on, I try to open up a new browser window (with the quicklaunch toolbar) and it just opens up a new tab.

Though Ctrl-Alt-N does what I want, so maybe I'll just get used to that.

Crashing three times since I installed the program like a half hour ago is just unacceptable, though. Two of the crashes were actually on Sharky's main page. IE may be kludgy as hell, but it doesn't crash ever.

It seems that Opera 7 just doesn't want to work on your computer, anyways, since Opera 6 seemed to work fine for you, why not just switch back? Surely WAND is a feature you can live without?
