    How much do you think price will go down for the following hardware by December?

    My parents told me that if verything goes well to their business, they might give me $300-$400 (why that much? well let's just say I haven't recieved nothing for X-mas nor Birhthay all these years) for December. I still have to save some more to complete the new computer.
    Anyways, how much do you think prices will drop or if certain products will be discontinued

    My guess is that the only things that will be down in december for you will be the HDD, CPU, and the Video card. Look for a 10 -20% drop in price for any of these things.

    Memory prices chacge alot so I do not know if they will be higher or cheaper in Decmeber.

    If I knew how much prices were going down, or up, by December I'd be a rich man. Be patient, wait till you get the $$ in hand then make the best choices possible.

    The video card won't drop cause you will be hard pressed to find a any 9500 series card by december and they definately won't be any cheaper.

    I thought so about CPU, HDD and Vcard being a little more cheaper

    you think so?? I bought my 8500LE december this last year, the 8500s were out nearlly 2001, the 8500LE was cheap for $80. Maybe the same thing can happen with the 9500, or better yet with a 9700

    The CPU should definately be cheaper by then! Memory has been increasing steadily in the past month! Usually peaks the highest around Christmas then goes downward after that!

    They will drop a little, but it wont be that significant. Buy them now if you need, or want them. A law to live by. By the time they drop enough for you to think its a good deal, they will be too far behind the technological curve.
