    yeah.. but don't get a kt333 motherboard, if you plan to overclock.. but if you like stock, and plan to save some money, the kt333/kt400/kt600 are all good in preformance.. and are also cheap.. but nforce2 motherboards are the best preforming motherborads.. also i would pick up a cheap barton 2500+ or if you can, one of those nice overclocking 1700+.. and you can pick up a 9100 for super cheap.. and that should tie you over till doom3 .. but since your going for the whole upgrading system.. get 9500pro or higher.. and doom 3 should be fine for you...
