Small 128MB MP3 Player needed - advise please.
My SONY MZR55 MiniDisc is dying and it's now very lacking battery life unbareable!! So I have decided to buy a new portable stereo and it will be an mp3 player since they are lighter and smaller than minidiscs.
I am willing to spend upto £100-150 (roughly $130-200 allowing for the higher prices in the UK) and need 128MB. Here's the best I've found, what do you guys think?

Any other suggestions? Do you guys know of a good sight which reviews these players?
Here is what I am after in a player starting with the most important:
Good quality sound
Descent battery life
Remote control on headphones
Small and light (needs to fit in my pocket or clip onto my belt)
Rechargeable battery (only thing lacking in the Freecom player)
etc etc.
Thanks in advance for the help.

I picked up an RCA Lyra a few weeks ago for cycling and going to the gym. This thing is really small, about 2 x 2 inches and has onboard 128 meg with expansion slot available.

I have a Cendyne Gruvstick and it's basically a cheap version of the Creative MuVo.
It's very small and works like a USB flash drive too.

Ok, I got so pissed off with my MD today that I went out and bought the mp3 player. I got the Sony MS70D - it's the smallest player around apparently.
It was a lot more expensive than a lot of players out there but they're all pretty expensive so I just splashed out a little more - I will probably regret spending so much money once the excitement dies down- but that's life.

I would recommend the Creative Nomad IIc. Has 128MB, upgradeable to 256MB. Sound is fantastic and is small and light.

That's definately a great option if you don't mind the size of the player. They're relatively very cheap and good quality.

Sorry to jump in here bras0782...
iLuminatae: What do you think of the Lycra so far? I just ordered the 64mb version. Read all about it here .
I tried searching about it, but no hits..I should have searched the 128mb version as well, and would've sprung this thread.
