    help reduce movie size

    i have an mpeg video right now. ~64kb. i need to make it roughly 7kb. what is the smallest video format? can i reduce the size without reducing the quality? it can be as small as 10x10pxl. help?


    edit: ok i got it down to 30kb using a wmv format....

    meh just an experiment....i have been able to make it so that i can have sounds play instead of having a buddy icon in aim...i want to see if i can have a video file...i know that you can have animated gifs, but i want to see if i can make it play a video.
