I dont know about a program....but i do have a suggestion for keeping it cool.
Lift up the back a little on the lappy...some lappys draw their air from the bottom of the laptop.(poor design) Anywho, if it is lifted up, if can draw in air more efficiently - and that leads to more efficient cooling.
