Should I enable 32-bit data transfer for my hard drive?

I have a new motherboard (Asus P4P800) and I noticed it had a "32-bit data transfer" option for each IDE device. By default, it's set to DISABLE. I was wondering... Is it better to enable it? I would think so...
    My HD is a Maxtor 6Y080P0 (ATA 100, 7200rpm, 8MB cache, 80GB).
Oh - and for some reason my drive says it can support UDMA 6, and that's what I have it set to in the BIOS, but Sandra reports it as UDMA 5, telling me that it could be set higher??

    Thanks for any info!
