Ok for that price it is not bad. A 9500pro is a 9700pro with haft the membandwith IE 128bit VS 256bit. The 9500pro is a very capable card. I own one a few others on this forum do as well. Where this card shines is where most games run with 2AA/4AF perfectly on the card. personaly I run 2AA and 8AF quilty fine on my rig. Also if its a new card it should O/C decently and give ya a big boost in preformace. I bought a 9500pro when they first came out retail ATI card and it runs happy at 375/315. The card is 275/270 stock. Also what cpu/mem/mobo combo do you have? and lastly What are you upgrading from?

EDIT** another big plus is it will run next gen ingines Direct X9 and the new Open-GL specs in devlopment.

I'm not familiar with how Ebay works, but buying a second hand card online sounds risky,it could be broke or be a 9000np by the time it gets to you.
