stupid window appliques!!!
ok i want some advice, i got a window applique the other day from directron.com (btw they were fast and everything turned out cool) but since this was my first time at putting 1 on i tried my best not to f it up, of course i screwed it up completely, as i was trying to align it onto the window, it dropped slightly and got stuck to the window and tore the applique in a few places, now its has a bunch of airbubbles and the head is torn (its a cs app) and it looks horrible, so score 1 for murphy's law...anyways, is there a way i can do it o that i DONT f it up, maybe i should spray more water? or will that affect its adhesiveness? its only 10 bux, but i get pretty ...perturbed when i do something wrong first time... so im prolly gonna get a new 1... any tips?

Yes you can remove them and reapply them. Spray more water on the window and carefully try to reapply it in the proper location.

Hee, if it doesn't totally come off and you have to buy a new one, you're not alone.
I put my second etching decal on perfect - except it was on upside down.

ROFL
if it's ripped and it looks obviouse, cut the applique into pieces and then put it together ont he glass but with 1cm spaces between each piece so it looks like a broken soldier . Don't know if you'll undertsnad what I'm trying to say but it will look neat.
This way you can cut away the ripped part and make it smooth again.

just like a decal, allows the applique to move around freely without getting stuck. After you put it where ya want it you use a squuege or something to squeeze the water out from under the applique.

Actually, they tell you to get rid of all soap but a drop of soap in the water really helps.
