Monitor/Video out of range - help, thanks

I bought FIFA 2004 and started fiddling with mame

My monitor is set at 1024x768x32@85Hz

Fifa/mame would launch and my monitor will show
black screen with the following message

OUT OF RANGE
HF: 30-70kHz
VF: 50-150HZ
86.5KHZ 85Hz

i dropped it to 60HZ

Fifa starts and i go thru everything, but when time
comes to play a match . Mame shows nothing.

This message pops up.

OUT OF RANGE
HF: 30-70kHz
VF: 50-150HZ
75.9kHZ 60Hz

What can the problem be?

EDIT: this problem is only happening with FIFA 2004,
I'm playing COD, UT2K3, UT2k4 demo, Splinter Cell, NWN, no
issues.

From my monitor manual at
1048x768 the freq should be 68.677KHz 84.997Hz
SO i guess my vid card is pushing higher than is should be.
Is there a way i can fix this.

I installed the 5900FX over at TI4400, using the same drivers.
Then I updated, I tried to install 5304 over 5303 but its not
taking. How can i completely remove the old drivers and reinstall
thanks a lot.

I haven't played the FIFA 2004 or the mame because of this.

Problem solved.

Uninstalled the vid card from Systems.
Rebooted, made sure it came up as vga adapter.
Rebooted again, then installed 5303 drivers.
The frequencies are back to normal, FIFA 2004
runs good. mame+killer instinct 2 runs good.
